Mercedes-Benz leads for Customer Service

The J.D. Power survey of Australian luxury vehicle owners ranked Mercedes ahead of their key rivals in Outstanding Customer Service.

The survey compiled 511 responses from luxury vehicle owners who purchased their vehicle between March 2013 and August 2018, taking their car to an authorised dealership for a service between March 2017 and August 2018.

“Open and honest communication” as well as phone calls during the service process are key to the increased satisfaction of consumers.

According to the report, nearly 40 per cent of customers received calls from dealer staff and 52 per cent say they would have preferred this method of contact.

The study ranked Mercedes-Benz first with 831 points, followed by Audi with 830 points and BMW with 806 points.
